FLEXIBLE STAINLESS STAINLESS PIPE FOR FLARING 20 мм*(1")
Corrugated stainless pipes 20 mm for flaring with a manual flare tool for the manufacture of bellows connections with union nuts of any length, which can be used to connect water, steam and gas.
To create a connecting element, you need to put a union nut of a suitable size on the corrugated pipe and flare the first three annular corrugations on the stainless pipe using a roller. The edges of the corrugated pipe should be flat and directed slightly inward in a circle. After rolling, you should get a flat round platform on which any round gasket will fit to seal the connection.
With such a manual roller, bellows liners can be made from three sizes of corrugated pipes 12 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, each size will need its own roller.

Flexible pipes of a bellows type with union nuts, sizes ½, ¾, 1 inches, made of corrugated pipes with a straight through diameter of 12 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm with a manual reel. Corrugated pipes are well suited for connecting water and heating equipment. They are designed for an operating pressure of 15 bar and an operating temperature of up to +250 degrees, depending on the gaskets.
